Important Refund Information!

Beginning July 1, 2020, all refunds will be handled through our registration and website provider SportsConnect. When registering, you will be offered the ability to sign up for refund insurance. You must review their terms and sign up for this protection in order to receive refunds.

Refunds for registrations, excluding late and service fees, will be made in the following situations:
A full registration refund will be granted up to thirty (30) days prior to the first scheduled team event for a season.
A full registration refund minus $10 per player will be made up to fourteen (14) days before the first team event.
A full registration refund minus $20 per player will be made up to seven (7) days before the first team event.
A full registration refund minus $30 per player will be made up to the first game of the season for the following special situations.
1. A season-ending injury when the request is accompanied with a doctor’s excuse.
2. Relocation of the family outside a 50 mile radius of Columbia.
3. Acceptance as a member of a local school soccer team.

No refunds are available after the first game of the season.

When requesting a refund on an account with siblings where a sibling account was applied at registration, refunds will be processed based on the highest discount first. For example, if three siblings registered at $100, $90, and $80, and one sibling must cancel, then the refund amount would be $80 if requested more than 30 days before the first event. If two siblings were to cancel, the refund amounts would be $80 and $90 if more than 30 days before first event.
To request a refund, use the Contact Form found on the main page and choose the option for "Refund Request".

  • Pets are NOT allowed during any games, practices, camps, etc.
  • Spectators are to be seated on the opposite sideline of their team. Spectators are not allowed behind goals.

Thank you for your cooperation.

We attempt to play eight (7) games each recreation season, but this is not guaranteed. If two (2) or more games are canceled, we attempt to make up at least one (1) of the games. However, due to field availability, referee scheduling, holidays, weather, and other conditions, we cannot guarantee that all canceled games will be made up. Coaches will be notified of make up dates and will determine if their games will be made up.
